![]() So maybe they'll go with a combo of Jon and Dany or seeing how the show thus far has made Dany more of the chosen one, it may just be her and everyone else will just be "on her team". And I don't think the show has ever mentioned Azor Ahai. Reposado it was a semi-true story Gender:Male Location:Savannah GA/Portland ME Members 4. A wacky religion from the East believes he will be reborn. I think the show has condensed/combined a lot of these things and maybe have done away with Dawn completely. Azor Ahai is a person from Essosi legends, that may or may not have been the same as the Westerosi Last Hero. Funny how in the books Jon never has dragon dreams but dreams/thinks of TSOTM multiple times while north of the wall. And while the show has yet to confirm or deny it, the visual language of linking him with a flaming sword is no accident. I personally hope for Jon (in the books) to be the Sword of the Morning and wield Dawn vs the Nights King. She takes an interest in Jon Snow, and whenever she looks into the flames for visions of Azor Ahai, who she believes to be Stannis, all she sees are visions of. Many theorize that Jon Snow fits the profile for Azor Ahai reborn. Can't remember the details of TPTWP prophecy. Azor Ahai is a prophesized hero who will lead the battle against the Others (the White Walkers) in the great battle between the living and the dead. It all gets pretty tricky though because in the books Aemon believes that Dany is also TPTWP. Then season 2 opens with Mel & Stannis on the beach under the comet and she's telling all the requirements for the prophecy (that Dany just did.). East and West, the last dragonriders try to survive, Azor Ahai fighting at the very front. I believe it was kinda telling that when the red comet showed up Dany birthed her dragons from stone. For a little background, Azor Ahai is a mythical figure who used his powerfully magical sword Lightbringer to defeat the invading White Walker army during the Long Night Winter in Westeros. The Long Night began nine years ago, when darkness spread from beyond the wall and the five forts.
